INTERIOR DESIGNERS IN POES GARDEN

Designed for one home only: nothing here comes from a package. Each room is drawn for the residence, the family and the way they live, and reviewed with you in 3D before a single panel is cut.

Our own factory, our own standards: because we manufacture in-house at Medavakkam, finishes, edges and fittings are checked by us before they reach your home. You are welcome to inspect the work in production.

Discreet, scheduled work: one project manager, one crew, a written schedule, and site hours agreed with you in advance. 12-year written warranty with a signed completion certificate.

16+ years and 1,440+ homes delivered across Chennai.

Do you take fully custom projects? Yes. Every unit is made to order in our factory.

Can we choose our own finishes and hardware? Yes. We guide the selection at our showroom or bring samples to you.

How is the project managed? One dedicated project manager from first drawing to handover.

What is the timeline? We give a written timeline after the site visit; standard apartments take 45 working days.

Can the first meeting be at our residence? Yes.
