Interior Design FAQs – Comfort Interiors, Chennai
1. How much do home interiors cost with Comfort Interiors?
Our premium turnkey interiors start from ₹6 lakhs. The final cost depends on your flat size, rooms covered, materials and finishes. For example, a recent complete 2BHK at Casagrand Casa Royale, OMR was ₹13 lakhs. We give a detailed, itemised quotation after a free consultation.
2. How long does a full home interior project take?
We complete full home interiors in 45 working days from design approval. Because everything is manufactured in our own factory in Medavakkam, we control quality and timelines ourselves instead of depending on outside vendors.
3. What warranty do you provide?
Every project comes with a 12-year warranty, backed by a written completion certificate given to you at handover.
4. Do you have your own factory?
Yes. Our Factory cum Registered Office in Medavakkam manufactures our kitchens, wardrobes and furniture in-house. Customers are welcome to visit for consultations, material selection and project reviews.
5. Can I visit your showroom?
Yes. Our experience center is at 1/16 Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Karapakkam (OMR), Chennai 600097, with live displays of kitchens, wardrobes and living spaces. Open Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 6 PM.
6. Which areas in Chennai do you serve?
We serve homeowners across Chennai, including OMR, Sholinganallur, Medavakkam, Pallikaranai, Perumbakkam, Velachery, Anna Nagar, Mogappair, Tambaram and premium localities.
7. Have you worked in my apartment community?
We have delivered homes in Casagrand, Baashyaam, Appaswamy, Brigade and TVS Emerald communities across Chennai. Tell us your project name and we can share similar work we have completed.
8. My flat is not handed over yet. Can I start now?
Yes. With our pre-handover booking, we prepare your complete design in advance and start execution as soon as the builder hands over your flat. Once you book, your quotation is not increased for one year, even if the builder's handover is delayed.
9. What hardware and materials do you use?
We use branded Hettich and Häfele fittings for hinges, channels and soft-close systems, with factory-finished materials made in our own production unit.
10. What services do you offer?
Full home interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes and storage, living room and bedroom interiors, 3D design and visualisation, custom furniture and space planning.
11. Will I see the design before work starts?
Yes. We create 2D layouts and 3D visualisations of your home, so you can see and approve every room before manufacturing begins.
12. I live abroad. Can you manage my project remotely?
Yes. Many of our clients live outside Chennai or India. We handle the project end to end, with regular updates on WhatsApp from your designer and project manager, until key handover.
